Refund Policy

The short version

Paid readings are digital products generated uniquely from your own cast and question. If a reading failed to generate, or was generated incorrectly due to a fault on our side, you get a full refund — no argument. If you changed your mind before the reading was generated, you also get a full refund. Because a generated reading is unique content delivered instantly, we do not refund readings that generated successfully and match what was ordered, but if something went wrong, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Full refund — always

• The reading failed to generate, or was cut off or garbled.
• You were charged twice for the same reading.
• You changed your mind before generation started (for example, checkout completed but the reading never ran).
• A technical error on our side produced a reading that does not match your cast.

Not refundable

• A reading that generated successfully and matches your cast, where you simply dislike the answer — the I Ching tells you what the situation looks like, not what you hoped it would say. This is why we show a full free reading first, so you know exactly what you are buying.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

How to request

Email a839500525@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address you paid with and what went wrong. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through our merchant of record (Subotiz) to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — every legitimate case here is refundable directly, and it is faster for both of us.
